About

Who am I?

I’m Nathan Buckley, a professional chef serving Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. I bring guided, hands-on cooking parties into your kitchen, where 4–10 guests cook, laugh, and enjoy a restaurant-worthy meal together, without the usual hosting stress.

Every Kitchen Party Night comes with a clear game plan, practical chef guidance, and a next-day recipe and timing pack so you can recreate the experience later. I also offer private cooking classes and 1:1 Kitchen Confidence coaching for home cooks and hosts who want to feel calm, capable, and in control in their own kitchens.

I use food to break barriers, bring people together, and make great cooking feel achievable at home.

Why I Do This

I believe food is more than sustenance – it’s a bridge that unites people. Across culture, language, and time, recipes travel and bring people together. Barbecue is one of my favorite examples: it grew out of taboos and class divides, then completely crossed those barriers. That idea – food breaking down walls and creating connection – is what drives everything I do.

How I Work

My approach is built on Kaizen – continuous growth and improvement. I’m always refining recipes, systems, and teaching so every experience gets a little better.

In the kitchen, I live by mise en place – “everything in its place.” That mindset shows up in my classes and Kitchen Party Nights as clear plans, organized stations, and calm pacing so your night feels relaxed, not chaotic. Discipline, preparation, and proven methods let us have fun because the foundation is solid.

How We Can Cook Together

  • Kitchen Party Night – A 3‑hour in‑home cooking party for 4–10 adults where everyone cooks and you leave with recipes and a game plan.
  • Private Cooking Class – A focused, 2‑hour class for up to 4 people to build specific skills in your own kitchen.
  • Kitchen Confidence Coaching – A multi‑session program for hosts who want to feel calm, organized, and confident every time they cook for others.
